All purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by them:
1. Copyright
Copyright for all artwork on this website is retained by Thomas Bucci. Purchase of a print or original is not a transfer of copyright. The purchaser may not reproduce any artwork purchased on this website in any form, in print or for use online.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges for similar items permitted within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges will be shipped at buyers expense. All sales final, no refunds.
3. Damages
Thomas Bucci ships via USPS Priority Mail. The Post Office automatically insures these shipments for $50. In the extremely rare event of a package arriving with damage to the product, Thomas Bucci will replace the product with an identical product at his cost when the damaged goods are returned. Thomas Bucci will reimburse your return shipping expense with a bank check in the new shipment.
4. Shipping: Local pickup
If you make a purchase with shipping set to “local pickup,” then it will be your responsibility to make arrangements to pick up from Thomas Bucci at his studio during the week or weekends at Eastern Market.
Privacy Policy
No customer information (including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address or payment and order details) will ever be sold or made available to any third party, except as required by law enforcement authorities.
Newsletter & Invitation List
Customers may give permission for their email to be added to Thomas Bucci’s Quarterly Newsletter & Invitation List. This list will never be used for any purpose other than announcements and invitations pertaining to Thomas Bucci.
