Annotated Lobster Claw

We found this large lobster claw on the beach and I decided to paint it. During the process of drawing or painting, one spends a lot of time observing, which usually raises questions. Why is one claw always so much larger than the other? I looked it up, also the taxonomy of lobsters, as well as the latin names of their parts, and added the info to the sketch. It turns out the larger claw is a Crusher, and the small claw is a Pincher.
