Secret Sauce

Charlie’s Pool Room was a favorite spot from my High School days. That’s it, all the way on the Left. This little place was renowned for the family’s relish recipe (sauce.) It was open for 100 years. Eventually listed in several national guide books, people came from far and wide for a taste. Although it’s now long gone, the signs still remain in the window. It reads, “Charlies Franks with Secret Sauce.
