Late Summer in Bayside

$35.00$80.00

It’s late Summer and the air in Maine already has the crisp feel of Fall. Seasonal change is palpable and I welcome that. It stirs fond memories of colorful leaves, root vegetables, and the arrival of the autumn constellations like Scorpio and Sagittarius with its familiar teapot shape.
The view here is of a steeply sloping village green at a 19th century former Methodist ocean front camp. I can easily imagine the families who came here to spend the summer, and the melancholy feelings as they packed up their summer gear to head back home around this time of year.
