Waterways of the Chesapeake

One of the great things about the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay, is the rare East Coast opportunity to see the sun set over a very large body of water. This view is from the drawbridge at Knapps Narrows leading to Tilghman Island, originally known as Great Choptank Island. This area is home to watermen, those fishers of the crab and oysters that Maryland is famous for.
